Other information — other information may be collected during consulattion to further assist the therapist(s)

Identifying individuals to continue and provide healthcare services
Communicating with those individuals during consultation

identity to provide Henryng.org services, such as a password resets

notifications about new services or changes to the current services
Sending messages to those individuals who opt to receive invitations to participate in surveys, focus groups, etc.
